Landmark Center - Monticello, MN

We’re excited to be working with Chuck O’Connell and Pat MacNabb of Studio22 Design Group (www.studio22-dg.com) on a new retail project in Monticello, MN.  Napa will be anchoring this new 10,241 s.f. retail building.  Napa is not new to Monticello, having been in business in Monticello for over 30 years.  Napa is looking to relocate to a better location with more visibility.  We are contracted to design/build an attractive building on a tight budget.  This project is currently on pace to begin around the second week of June.
